Introduction Market Data Compact

ICST makes clock chips for pentium motherboards, has seen solid growth in
earnings, but is at a P/E of 9! I notice it's never on the semi lists even
though much smaller companies are. (ICS is about $100M/Yr).

What is the secret that I'm missing?
