I think table B is explanatory regards adjusting up figures:

This isn't the first time this year that they've made adjustments. They adjusted the survey in February to increase the unemployment rate.

Jon, if you follow closely the government statistics and the political agenda of this administration it will be just obvious that data released is doctored.

Today with such powerful statistical, analytical tools and computers, the continuation of those revision, which may be, .. would be justified 20 years earlier, are a clear sign of data manipulation to best fit a political agenda.

Today there are no justification for adjustments which represent over 10% of the data reported. (e.g. 255,000 instead of 231,000)

Instead the government adjust past data up to 100% as in today report to fit their political agenda.

Also the key for manipulation is in this sentence Nonfarm payroll employment increased by 231,000 in May to 131.7 million, seasonally adjusted,
