Isn't it ironic, some people doubted whether they actually had obtained a contract with them, so indeed they had the talent to actually obtain the contract, then they can't even deliver. Kind of brings the term "low class" into full view, doesn't it?

So, legally what's the next step? Does the complaining party, plaintiff win by default and get to liquidate PABN? I think it's been close to a month since they were to respond, was it May 8th they were to respond by and the suit was filed April 13th?
