Since 20 days has passed and no response from PABN (known) it would be reasonable to conclude that they're planning on folding, walking away from the operation or declaring bankruptcy. And, if they're planning on continuing this or another operation, ie... ourEvillage, it would be unlikely that these entities would be in any of their names as the liens would carry forth. Not that the company has filed, but might this be why they named Joe Stahl as the CEO of KeyStates? They could conceivably just walk from PABN as it is now and start something new.

I don't recall but where is ourEvillage incorporated and who's name can be found on it? It might behoove us to re-examine the PR's and see exactly how PABN worded their affiliation with ourEvillage, their wording is admittedly quite clever.

re the Lawsuit,

I'll say this one more time. In NY a defendant has 20 days to respond to a complaint, and the response must be filed with the court. This information is from the Clerk's office.

Normally the court clerk's computer database will not reference all documents filed in a particular case. Therefore it may not be possible to verify on the phone whether a response has been filed. Again, from the Clerk's office.

However, in the Queens-Long Island Medical Group case (index 5959/00) the plaintiff filed a motion on May 12 for an Order of Attachment. Imo this implies that no response was filed. This info is current as of June 1

To verify what I have just posted, or to get an updated status of the case, call the Nassau County Supreme Court at (516) 571-2903.
