RMBS operates at 3-4 higher frequencies, which make the design specs harder to achieve. This makes up for the MTH and 3-2Rimm problem of INTC. if INTC is not incompetent, what i dont believe, RMBS Memory is a lot more complicated than DRAM. Because of this higher frequencies RMBS is more expensive to make not as robust as DRAM and gets much hotter. This are no problems one cant solve, but it makes things more expensive and more errors surface. Ulrich
