Scumbria are you referring "Athlon" to being T-bird on 180nm

If so how will Mustang on 130nm scale with Willamette?

I assume this is your educated opinion.

Scumbria,

I always appreciate your insights on processor design... so in your opinion should Mustang seek core revisions to accommodate higher clock-speed (deeper pipeline) or focus on more effective execution (instructions per clock cycle)? Might one or both of these (if not mutually exclusive) be one of the surprises suggested by AMD for Mustang?

Also, would an earlier transition by AMD to 0.13 assist with the clock speed potential for Athlon family vs Willie?
