This thread needs some mood stabilizers. People seem to be crashing from the 1.5GHz, 25% per clock performance increase nonsense of last week. I recommend an organic diet of mostly raw fruits and vegetables. Sushi is also good, but try to avoid Salmon from Monterey Bay (because of the mercury concentrations.) AMD is kicking Intel's butt at the high end, and we are starting to see volumes of AMD processors going into business systems. Everyone go to Whole Foods immediately, and start detoxifying. Scumbria

Nice try but it doesn't wash. What pullbacks are you referring to? Do you take everything from theregister.co.uk are gospel? AMD has had 3 1/2 years to get things right at Dresden. Don't pull that lame BIOS excuse. Fact is that after all this time, copper interconnects don't do squat. Intel told you that a year or more ago when they said they didn't need them for .18u. This is a major disappointment and there's no way around it. AMD has had 3 1/2 years and they couldn't build any inventory above 1GHz. Live with it. EP, Link please!
