Peter, sorry for the late reply!
I was now well all weekend and Monday. There are two possibilities that I see. The majority of investors that recieve the dividend of Class B's will just sell and take there money. As is, for every 7.5 share of SGI you get one Class B of MIPS, but that is subject to change. The fact that the A's and B's are listed separately doesn't help the shorts in terms of dilution. I wouldn't do anything till about 44 or 45. Major resistance.
