JC - I guess "Open" in your book does not include the ability to do something SUNW doesn't like... I kind of used the definition of "Open" that the PC world has, you know, the ability to do engineering and product development based on standards without being sued. As far as "Free", I kind of thought that meant not paying any money, like where you can make products and sell them without paying someone for the right to claim "PC Compatible"... seems like Java is a whole new definition of "open" and "free"... did you ever read George Orwell?
