There is no real cloud.

I guess we have different definitions of those large grey objects hovering over QCOM.

Curious what you actually wish to accomplish?

Why do you care?

gdichas,

Seems your ongoing dialog with Mucho just illustrates the difference between LTB&H and trading. Both Jman & Mucho not to mention the French guy made a good call and got out of QCOM at higher prices. There is no doubt that QCOM got ahead of itself, but if you believe that it will have 40-50% earnings growth for the next 5yrs, it is a good investment at prices much higher than today. Will other stocks out perform? Sure. Dead money? Possibly dead & decaying. But, when the market reawakens to the value of this company I want to be here.

As far as waiting to see what Korea will do, I think we already know. Korea will have a massive buildout of 1x, upgrading their current networks, creating lots of business for QCOM. Whether they use WCDMA or CDMA2000 for new spectrum 3G is less important at this time, but you can bet there will be huge FUD about the selection. I think they have spun the China deal to death.

Let the traders gloat. They did good. I hope they pick the right time to jump back in.
