A good example of eliminating profit margins because of the internet at our house is, I now purchase our coffee directly from the plantation. I have eliminated the packager, the distributor and the grocery store margins. On top of that my cost for a better product is 40% less including shipping.

the vision to see opportunity and being the first one there -- more like -- this will not change with the advent of the internet any more than it did with the radio or TV or printing press or whatever
