I couldn't agree more, not only from a personal standpoint (my speeds are about 65K bps with a dual-B ISDN, which sucks), but also from an industry-wide POV. For what you pay per month, your DSL bandwidth has got to be at the top of the industry.

I think you had better check your BellSouth bill. I too have BellSouth FastAccess (discounted because I have
"Complete Choice")

For May the charges are--
FastAccess Service Charge 51.95
Franchise Charge .52
Florida Gross Receipts Tax .54
WorldCom Interlata charge 8.00

Total 61.01
