We may differ in one area on this and that is if a company prewarns due to having to record the sale on the acceptance date then it will also take a one time hit to its stock price.

GAAP and the SEC rules still leave plenty of room for interpertation but the question and answer on acceptance is the issue. I am trying to find out. I've been out of the equip. stocks for a while and will wait for this to be resolved b/4 reentering.

IMO even good management pushes accounting envelopes on occasion, especially if it is industry practice.
