Hi Ted,
This was a rather timely email from Glenn. I forwarded your post in an email to him and asked him if he would be able to comment, thank you Glenn(I wonder if he read my earlier post?)....here it is:

Dear Terri,
How are you?
The email that you have forwarded to me covers many good points. We are
waiting for the market to catch up to us form a number of reasons. Since we
are in finance discussions the valuation of the company is a critical issue.
Once financing is completed an aggressive program will begin with Wall
Street. We need to have new power on our Board and in the exec offices at
PNL. We are on top of that.

We are building a product that is ahead of the curve when it comes to
international trade for SMES. There is also a cultural issue that needs to
be addressed as to the mindset of doing business on the Internet. Last week
I met with 7 representatives from companies on a trade mission from Japan.
When I asked what their attitude was as far as doing business on the
Internet they answered that Japan had a cultural issue about lack of trust
on the Internet. We spoke about programs that we are working on that will
reduce their fears. This problem expands around the world. That was one of
the main reasons we have been traveling to these markets. We understand
their concerns and are working towards implementing solutions.

As we build out our system the market will begin to take notice. I believe
that it will happen rather quickly if and when some of these developments
are announced. I say it that way for legal forward thinking reasons!

Thanks for your support.

Sincerely,
Glenn Zagoren

>> What about Israel? << Ted, this one I can answer (and have posted earlier) anyway, I have discussed PNLK with the
person in Shira who deals with PNL, she was very excited about PNL and the way they keep moving forward, the reason
for the slow move in Israel however is the fact they are dealing with an Israeli gov. agency which moves at the same
pace of a gov. agency elsewhere...

PNLK has just supplied them with a new info. packet to distribute
to COC members.

Now, as for the general discussion going on. Take a look at
the USA today Int'nt Co.s index and you'll find that most
are WAY down ( Efax ? down around a buck from a high of 33...Etrade 40 to a low of 15...yada, yada...) .

You have to ask yourself why are folks still leaving previous careers (even after the E slump) to JOIN PNLK ????
(The CNBC person is just one of several as we all know)

As for Glenn, although I will be the last one to try and find excuses for his way of handling Emails from investors,
get real folks, do you really expect him to talk about the most sensitive issue he is dealing with right now ?

I find his comments (someone has posted from the investors
chat room) positive.

I will be in NYC several times this Mo. and will try to visit and see what shakes.
