I don't know exactly what Eastern Communications does. I presume, however, that the press release is accurate. Obviously, the Q would have preferred a deal with a carrier.

I would think that Eastern will be making prototypes in anticipation of actually producing and selling them. The announcement does not specify whether local or export markets are contemplated.
