TP, you got it wrong again ..... same building similar apartment offer was $5 million a year ago, it went for 7.2 million earlier this year.

More James Robinson III, made an offer of $17.7 million for an apartment on 778 Park Avenue and sold their apartment at 550 Park for 6.45 million which was bought several years earlier for $2.9 million, so this case is not one incident!!

There is rampant inflation in Real Estate and even with relative lower interest rates on mortgages the "rent equivalent" that your government likes to use went up over 200% in four years!!!....... or you want to compare 1998 interest rates??

Their report is misleading the inflation is at least double the reported numbers if not more.

Haim

P.S. it is not mine government, as I did not elected them.
