Lets pretend MFST lost all the information the Govmt asked for during the discovery phase of the recent litigation.

Question: Would Gate's $100 billion cover the fines? Think Dan Rather would report the fact at some point in his little news show?

Better yet, what makes anyone thing the government has a clue about how to break-up and strategically manage a software company.

They can't even track their emails!

And gore's e-mails get "mysteriously" erased. Just because they may have had some damaging evidence against him, he wouldn't condone such a thing. Would he???? You would think that the guy that invented the internet could, at least, protect his own mail.
