So basically you are arguing that OPEC members will ignore
the severe pain their economies recently suffered due to
low prices so that we can have cheap energy. I disagree.
The OPEC members are behaving differently, even if the
difference seems subtle. They are working much harder
than ever before to avoid the economic catastrophe that
their people just went through.

I think they will be very cautious about raising supply.

"Historically, when energy prices are high OPEC members
quietly cheat the OPEC quotas so they can make more money.

If this axiom holds, I think it will, it will mean a decrease in oil prices."
