thee are red flags all over the place. the guy who was a no-show was the CFO and for "personal reasons" which means none of your business. This is the second time questions are raised about CTXS's books. There could be a restatement a la LGTO(E)in the works. Stock is down 25% or more in 24 hours. Something real bad is going to go down, I'm afraid.m I hope I am wrong.

That number makes the article not credible:
40% of 3.5B = 1.4B, whereas Citrix total rev=0.4B for 1999.
