Dear Hmaly:

OT

My apartment is a 2 BDRM, 2 bath with underground (heated) parking. I have a corner apt. and look out into Whitnall Park which here resembles wild woods and small grassy areas. After walking about 1/4 mile down a well kept trail, you come upon the Wehr Nature Center and adjacent to that, the Whitnall Park Golf Course, the Root River Parkway, and the 76 mile bike, walk, and hiking trail for the Milwaukee County Park System. Yes, there is less privacy but, I can get it with a little effort (going into the park where one can easily forget one is in a suburban area and feel like you are in the middle of nowhere). Also, in WI, one only has to go 20 to 40 miles to get into a very wild area (here it is Bong Nature Area or Kettle Moraine State Forest). Many families live in these apartments and like it very much, especially those that have a direct view to the park like I do. (there is an area where one can plant flowers, etc)

All this for $705 per month heat, sewer, water, and garbage pickup included.

Pete
