If a company has growing earnings and revenues a R/S would not change anything but share structure and price. First I don't believe the company could do a R/S without a vote by shareholders.

Most of OTC companies that do a R/S is because they are using the shares for survival. They run out of money and shares so they do a R/S. NICM does not fit this criteria. They don't need shares for day to day business. NICM share structure is 100 mil authorized with approx. 65 mil issued.

I'm sure alot of people would bail on that kind of news. I would not, and for people to keep their heads in the sand could be irresponsible. NICM has stated they have "No current plans" to do a R/S. But at some point I believe the company will need to increase the amount of shares available for positive growth, mergers, acquisitions......

People hate to see R/S happen but we didn't think that we would see the "E" or "Pinks". Currently just a short term negative, I hope. I understand your frustration about the talk of a R/S but keeping yours eyes wide open will be easier on the wallet and heart.
