Kash,

The two stocks seem to have a lot of analyst support. As for me, I made a decision back in March not to get into stocks that don't make money. I know that they attract a lot of the momentum players but I got burnt in March and I can see that those are the stocks that are the first to plummet and they typically fall the farthest.

Having said that, a cautious note re the two stocks....both have been in a down trend and are now flirting with crossing over and starting an uptrend...however, both have encountered resistance. You might want to wait for ICIX to cross $40 before buying more. BTW did you know that ICIX's recent runup was due to merger talks with another company and apparently those merger talks have broken down, causing the stock to drop $6 on Friday? On Friday, D. Faber of CNBC reported the talks have broken down over accounting issues. You might want to check it out.

Kash re <<They own majority of DIGX - which would value ICIX at OVER $100 just on their DIGX ownership.>>

Where do you get this?

DIGX has a market cap of 4.2 Billion, If ICIX owned 100% of that, it only would be $78 per share. Considering that they have less than that, $100 is WAAAAAAAAAAY off.

Also have you noticed that despite their $24/share cash their book value is zero!? The company has major debt, their debt to equity ratio is almost 3 !!! Kash, this is huge!! Also the expected loss of over $22 per share over the next too years is not very bullish. 51% of the float is shorted, that is high as IRID and BOST before they both went bankrupt leaving the share holder zero!

I am not saying that the stock is a bad buy at this price, just saying that it is far from a sure winner.
