No, I don't think they will do a R/S. I do think as the company grows they will need more shares available for growth. There are several ways to achieve that:

1. A reverse-split
2. An increase in shares authorized via proxy (vote)

My comment about eyes wide open was about me. Recent events with "E" and "pinks caught me off guard. For me, some times expecting the worst is easier. Prior to April, I only saw great things. I never thought we would go below .50 a share, the appended "E" or pinks. Regardless of my opinion, I will always vote for what management supports. I think management will always do what's best in the long term for the company and shareholders. That is why I will not sell despite my recent disappointments of current events.

There is one more way for NICM to increase shares available. They could start a buy back program. If NICM has cash and believes share price is severely undervalued.

They could buy back over 20% of shares O/S just with the proceeds from sale of GFP. They showed GFP as an asset of $2.5 mil. dollars. At this point though, the only thing I want to see is the company becoming compliant.

The company needs to do something to restore confidence of the shareholders. When it comes to statements and timing the credibility of management has been impeded.
