<<It's no big, so long as I'm not driving.>>

I never get it when I'm driving. Guess I'm getting used to jerks behind the wheel.

This strange thing happens to me when I"m asleep sometimes, and I really, really hate it. It happened twice last night, and it scared me.
In my dream I suddenly can't breathe. I am trying and trying so hard to take a breath- to breathe in in in ---and no air can get through and just when I think I'm going to die, I wake up gasping. I think it must be some form of apnea, but I'm so scared I won't wake up in time one night. Does anyone else have this, and should I worry?
ALso it's just very unpleasant.

Last night, I was cooking dinner with a little girl from AMmo's swim team, very normal dream, and I was standing there with a dish in my hands, talking, and then I couldn't breathe. ANd I remember thinking-- I HAVE to wake up-- relax relax- you can wake up and it;ll be ok...
