OPEC is shooting for the highest prices without disrupting
the world economy and hurting themselves in the process.
Right now they are testing the waters to see how high they
can go. After all it costs the Saudis fifty cents to get a
barrel out of the ground. They deserve a reasonable profit??
Who is going to support the bordellos and casinos if they
don't?
