from the eweek review:

Stiff requirements
The X300 server software integrates voice messaging services with Windows NT and must be installed
on a computer running NT Server 4.0 with Service Pack 4 and Exchange Server 5.5 with Service Pack
2?stiff software requirements for small businesses.

i am not sure the author might be confusing a small business with a home office. i say this because as many small businesses grow, there is a point where they require a server and not merely a network of pc's and many small businesses do turn to nt because of how much it looks likes windows.

even email has become important to many small businesses that have outside dealings. as the business grows, yahoo and other free email does not suffice.

and as small business can integrate these systems to not only save money, but be more productive, more small businesses will opt for tools that will eiter give them a competitive advantage or keep them with the competition.

a server an email for a company, really is not stiff requirements, depending on the size and type of business.
