Rodona's comment on the SEC bust which cost a guy $172,093, and a $50,000 civil penalty is very telling. Rodona 4/4/00 5:38 PM I've never heard of him either nor his investment group. But it appears that they are just fining the individuals and I guess in the big picture of what is gained, that isn't a huge loss to undergo huh? ...Mezz - Incredible find! WTG ex-Dilbert!

Squiggle, Well, I was finally able to locate the mysterious Mr. Mark Rice. I found him in Internic, and used a matching e-mail address to positively identify him. He is (or was as of 1998) at n-p-s-i.com , which is a pools and spas outfit out of Texas. Don't know if he's still there or not. No mention of him on their website. Another individual is named as being the head of n-p-s-i, but Rice may not be the owner, may be just an employee or ex-employee... BTW, he is (or was) in Houston, Texas which as we all know is one region of the country that never gets involved in any of these OTC-BB scams... <vbg; pants on fire...> KJC
