Absolutely Correct. Looks like a hard landing though, a classic boom/bust cycle taking shape in it's early stages. Greenspan blew it! He went way to far tightening. One of the keys to growth moving forward now is if the stock market can rally. But Earnings have peaked, along with productivity gains, and the US Dollar. Hutch. Retail Sales revised down -.6 in April, May down -.3. Rising energy prices has the potential to kill the bond market here and thereby the equity market.
