Smart thread...I like that...limited downside risk at these levels and classic case of folks running for cover...I will be buying a boatload between today and tomorrow....3 day rule all done...all the best.

Mike, I don't think its even a "red-flag". More of a "yellow-flag".

But it is quite amazing how often that "yellow-flag" turns into a debacle like this. And even more amazing how often management refuses to acknowledge the "yellow-flag". In the case of CTXS management, they obviously had never had to deal with this type of situation in the past, and they certainly blew it this time. IMO, they should have been guiding expectations downward gradually. Its simply implausible, that they could miss expectations by half, and not known sooner. I believe they likely knew as far back as the end of last quarter when the channel stuffing was occuring that this quarter would be virtually impossible to reach. From the price action in their stock, it seems the entire street knew, yet they were never forthcoming. This credibility issue will likely take a long time to repair.
