OT: Mark Rice From the 5/6 Houston Chronicle: How the SFL will be viewed remains to be seen. The four teams all are owned by Houston investment banker and restaurateur Mark Rice . Futterer will be responsible for finding owners for the three current teams other than the Marshals and perhaps as many as four expansion teams that are planned for 2001. From the 4/12 Houston Chronicle: Each team is currently league-owned, with league offices in Raleigh, N.C. Former New York Jets star Don Maynard is chairman of the SFL's advisory board, and Houston investment banker Mark Rice is chairman of the SFL's board of governors. - Jeff
