Not to be rude but are you nuts?? All the brokers are off touting tech stocks! I'd recommend 'Realty Stock Review' for one, or just do your own DD. Brokers are the worst.

Some REIT preferreds that I have and believe are solid are: PSA-prL, EQR-prA, KIM-prB, PLD-prA

Some solid REIT convertible preferreds are: CPT-prA,
EQR-prG, KIM-prD,PLD-prB, RA-prA

A AAA non-Reit preferred that I have is RVT-prA
