Have revised guidance for '00 to .70 down from .90

If the company makes $.10 in Q2, it will need to make $.41 in the last two quarters to achieve $.70. In other words, each of the last two quarters will have to average 100% better than Q2. That's an astounding sense of optimisim.

My guess is that this is an analyst who'd rather save face by gradually winding down estimates instead of lowering them all at once.

just received the new AG Edwards report. New price target is 95, lowered from 130, but still a buy/aggressive and remains their #1 software pick.

Interesting. Probably means they were stuck holding substantial inventory.

IMO, all buy-side analysis on Wall Street should be looked at very skeptically.
