It seems to me part of what I read that if employee's start demanding cash in lieu of options the company will have
a tax break from the increased labor cost and they will get the cash presumably from the need not to have to
purchase the shares back to decrease dilution?

It all really sounds very complicated to me but I think the NYT has to have interesting articles to stay on top of their
competitors?

Thanks John.I am getting more disenchanted with gimickery the older I get,after 42 years of watching a long and tiresome parade of self-serving balooney by analyst and managements.
