For wireless base stations it's a wait and see. Nothing concrete to my knowledge (which is probably incomplete). I have been hearing rumblings about renewed efforts in SC power applications such as current limiters and transformers. AMSC and IMG (also DuPont?, GE?) are working on such along with some European companies. I don't know what kind of coolers they have in mind. Dewar technology has come a long way WRT cryogen hold times, but a shielding cooler sounds like a good idea to me <gg>. JF
