Over 31 million shares short MSFT as of middle of May. Should MSFT start real rally, short covering alone would cause quite a scene.

"Microsoft II". the last Court of Appeals decision (in which Judge Jackson was reversed) was in June of 1998, before Circuit Judges Wald, Williams and Randolph, Judge Williams wrote the opinion.
