Thanks hombre. Since Ericy handsets are so hopeless, it might be cheaper to install an IS-41 switch for a couple of $$million for the European gateways so people could use the good quality handsets from Q! rather than the GSM-switch-based Ericy and Telit handsets. Or have both. To enable roaming, both switches will be needed. But hang on, how come roaming is allegedly already possible between Europe and USA? globalstarusa.com There must already be IS-41 switches in Europe. Vodafone Australia must have access to one too since there is heaps of cdmaOne in Australia. Maurice
