There are some crimes for which no solution other than having the transgressor forfeit his life constitutes justice, IMHO. JLA

That justice is merely our creation, and with the premise that getting rid of the death penalty is more conformable to our collective sense of justice. I think there is a standard that we seek to conform to, and, in this country, the majority favors the death penalty.........
