Hi Cobalt, Re: How can anyone manipulate SilkRoad stock when there wasn't any? Sorry to say, you are wrong on this. I happen to personally know someone who holds about $200K worth of Silkroad Class D Preferred Stock. I do not know the class of his other holdings. Do not assume that because this was not a public issue that there were not victims created by stock manipulation. SR was clearly manipulated. Perhaps not from day 1, but eventually a number of "accredited" but naive investors were hoodwinked. R.
