hangman, <<it is in fact an admission that they did not have the information or were trying to delay the true facts.>> So you would have preferred the CFO to show up at the conference to drop the bomb selectively to the conference attendees? Gee that's a great strategy. Rather than get sidetracked into the lawsuit and courtroom discussion, I'd like to hear ideas about what CTXS should be doing. Does anyone know of a similar company that found itself in a similar situation selling s/w to large accounts? (This can't be the first time this has happened.) How that was resolved? Thanks, Daniel
