Rose, (I'll take your word for it that you are one) Management, especially senior management in a high tech company, constitutes a large percentage of the company's worth - hence its stock value. If you are not comfortable with the (superb) management of Q, I suggest you switch out of the stock and into something else that you can handle - emotionally and intellectually. Regards, Ibexx
