Spek, You have hit the nail on the head with DRAM companies. They NEVER have any free cash flow. They have to spend all or more than they take in just to keep running in place. The good times can show great "earnings" because US depreciation rates are unrealistic, but they aren't really making diddly-squat (other than by trading their stock and making investments in other high risk stocks). To the credit of MU and IFX, both have lobbied to get more reasonable, Korean/Japanese style depreciation rates, but it is no go so far.
