The U.S. Govt DoJ's 'theories' are now findings of fact by Federal court. If there is more competition now than there was at the time of the finding, or at the time of the original consent decree, that doesn't make MS any less guilty under the action. --- If MS is anything but a confederation of weasels, milking every minute of taxpayer sponsored delay from the court system, they'll not have any problem taking this whole mess right to the Supreme Court, where it's heading anyway. --- It *is afterall a very important matter that according to MS our very economic well being hinges on. -JCJ
