What amazes me is how paltry the pay is for spying. This latest case, Trofimoff got a measly couple hundred thousand for decades of faithful ( irony intended ) service.

I'm struck by how few people are talking about the "coincidence" of the arrests in these espionage cases. Klinton gets heat for Campaign contributions, and Wen Ho Lee gets nabbed. Classified disks are stolen under the watchful eye (that's sarcasm) of Bill (I'm-In-Charge-Let-Me-Do-My-Job) Richardson, and some guy gets arrested for activities 15 years ago. Could it be the army colonel was on the FBI's hook for many years, waiting for something like this? Sorta reminds me of turning desert sand into glass when Monica was ready to testify.
