As I was reading that article I found I was constantly saying "Duh!". The goofball ANALysts are finally waking up after getting knocked silly by the facts for months. That said, they still haven't started thinking. They say oil has averaged 28.45 for the first five months so they increased their year's estimate to $26. In other words they are claiming that the average price for the rest of the year will be about $24? What a bunch of Goofballs!! EDIT: After reading the article more closely all I can say is "These experts are totally clueless!"
