Back to the trail, I expect appeals court to stay and appeals to reject DOJ's request that appeal court not consider the case. I also expect supreme court to send the case back to appeals. People up there are lot more level headed and wouldn't want the case to come in front of them after only one person judge, who came across more oftern than not as a plaintiff or a biased judge, has ruled.
