Apakhabar, I get direct quotes from INCA that shows all those 1/64 quotes. They are rounded to 1/16 on level2. It is amazing how often INCA will bid 1/64 below best offer and will offer 1/64 above best bid. I guess somebody wants the fills on INCA rather than hitting an existing quote. Can't imagine they are just trying to save the 1/64, but who knows. I just hit them every chance I get and say thank you for the generosity. It's a sure fill at almost the price of trying to buy at bid and sell at offer. Dan
