I am near to getting one myself. I am thinking about Interactive Brokers. I am looking for just the online service and not support. I am also looking for low fees.

System with good response and low fees but virtually non-existent support, go with IB. IB has had significant problems in the past with system performance, but it seems they have handled that problem...so far. They provide non-existent telephone support which is alright for those who like to play it "fast and loose" with the technical risks of trading through the Internet to a brokers computer that also needs to interface to TOPs or Globex which is a computer itself that can go down.

If you need a system with fair response, which IMO is good enough for those who do not scalp on the 1-min chart, and outstanding support with a trading desk that answers on the second ring, and nicer application functionality, go with PFG BEST.

The online futures business is a constantly changing world. Many are just beginning their online order entry while others are beginning their direct hookup to Globex bypassing TOPs. And they are all still going through their learning curve in supporting the computer side of their business.
