Sarmad, a couple of days ago I posted here a put on the Bank Index might be smart.
Why? Banks have been lending recklessly, for a long time.
Even street people have been given credit cards with a $100k credit limit.

Sarmad: I understand, just pointing out the cyclical aspect there -- but I cannot argue on the low pe stuff, unless the cycle goes down and turns them into high pe without moving the stock price.
