Ackerman, Corning CEO, just on CNBC

Very impressive. No end in sight for fiber deployment, at
least for 8-10 years. Then, another fiber boom. Continued
investment in fiber manufacturing around "mother plant" in
Wilmington, NC, in Australia and UK and others. They meet
current demand but have to ramp to meet future. What an industry !!

Hi Pat,

I assume you were at SuperComm. Do you have any feel for the pricing on single mode fiber. GLW mentioned in the last CC that supply had reach equilibrium with demand and that
pricing would not be as good for that segment. They expect a shortage in high quality multimode fiber though.
