Jim, Ask yourself why Toshiba would make an agreement like the one they did, paying Rambus higher royalties for DDR than DRDRAM, without any resolution of a lawsuit? One possible scenario is: 1. Rambus gives Toshiba RMBS stock. 2. Toshiba makes ridiculous SDRAM licensing agreement. 3. RMBS stock goes through the roof. 4. Toshiba makes lots of money. 5.
